Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PixPal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

PixPal is a software-as-a-service platform for AI image and video generation and editing. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property, publicity, privacy, or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Because PixPal is a content-generation product, you also agree not to generate, upload, or distribute:

1. Pornography / NSFW content
2. Violence / gore
3. Hate speech or discriminatory content
4. Child-unsafe content (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors
5. Deepfakes or unauthorized impersonation of real people (including use of another person’s likeness or voice without permission)
6. Content that infringes copyrights or trademarks

Full content standards, moderation practices, reporting channels, and enforcement actions are set out in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Violations may result in warnings, content removal, feature limits, credit adjustments, account suspension or ban, and referral to authorities where required.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance at the prices shown on our Pricing page at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, and applicable taxes may be added at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

Credit Packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits are added to your account after payment and remain valid for the period shown at purchase; unused credits expire at the end of that period.

Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Unless you cancel before the end of the current period, the payment method on file will be charged the price of the same plan for the next period. If we change a plan's price, we will notify you in advance, and the new price will apply from your next renewal.

Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time from Settings → Billing, or by emailing hi@pixpal.ai. Cancellation stops all future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep access to your plan and its credits until then, and you will not be charged again. Cancelling does not refund the current billing period, except as described under Refunds below.

Refunds

You can request a full refund within 14 days of a payment if none of the credits from that purchase have been used. This applies to credit packs, the first payment of a subscription, and each renewal payment. Payments are otherwise non-refundable, including after 14 days, once any credits from the purchase have been used, or after the credits have expired, except where required by applicable law. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy, you retain rights in your own prompts and lawful outputs you create, while model providers and third parties may retain rights in their models, brands, and materials.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
